Airports Company South Africa CEO Bongani Maseko has been appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Airports Council International (ACI) World Governing Board.

Maseko’s appointment to the influential body is a boost to Airports Company South Africa’s ambitions to be a world leading airport business that is efficient and customer-focused.

Commenting on his appointment, Maseko says: “I am humbled and deeply honoured to serve as the Vice-Chairman of the ACI World Government Board. Our strategic proposition is to build an efficient and customer-focused business. To achieve that, it is imperative that the business drives a culture of customer service and excellence for the benefit of our passengers, airline partners and airport businesses”.

ACI is a recognised authority in the measurement of passenger satisfaction. ASQ is the leading customer satisfaction benchmarking programme in the airport industry and the industry uses it to increase passenger satisfaction and improve business performance.
